UNITED NATIONS GLOBAL COMPACT COMMUNICATION ON PROGRESS FOR FY 2021

Shangri-La Group (“Shangri-La” or “the Group”) has been a signatory to the United Nations
Global Compact (“UN Global Compact”) since 2011. This is our tenth Communication on
Progress (“COP”). I am pleased to reaffirm our commitment to the UN Global Compact 10
